An independent enrollment operation, not a form-filling service
Water Castle Enrollment is operated by Healthcare Helper LLC. We support institutional providers through provider enrollment, ownership reporting, payer credentialing, licensing and certification applications.
What we do
We take on the enrollment and certification paperwork that institutional providers cannot afford to handle in the margins of a workday: Medicare and Medicaid institutional enrollment, ownership and control reporting, revalidations and record changes, payer credentialing, and licensure and certification applications.
The work is deliberately unglamorous. We reconcile records, prepare filings against source evidence, route them for authorized signature, submit them, and chase them until a determination is issued. Then we keep the record accurate so the next filing is routine.
How we operate
Every engagement runs on the same four controls, and we do not skip them under deadline pressure.
- A structured Provider Master Record, so every filing states the same facts.
- Dual-control quality review against source evidence before signature.
- Deadline discipline: known windows are tracked and worked backward from.
- You keep control of your government logins — we never ask for passwords.
What we are not

Being explicit about limits is part of the service. It is also what keeps our work reviewable by counsel and finance.

- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HHS, Medicare, Medicaid, any state agency, Medicare Administrative Contractor, accreditation organization or payer.
- We do not decide eligibility, approvals, effective dates or processing times.
- We do not sign applications or attestations on a client's behalf.
- We do not provide clinical consulting or billing services.
