15-minute SNF Enrollment Triage
15-Minute SNF Enrollment Triage.
Fifteen focused minutes with Nicole Liebb, Director of Operations, followed by a same-day written action summary. The triage is free.
The 15-Minute SNF Enrollment Triage is a working call, not a pitch. It is free, and every triage is followed by a written action summary sent the same day so you have the findings in writing.
Who you are speaking with.
Nicole Liebb brings approximately six years of SNF-management experience and five years of hands-on credentialing and revalidation experience.
What the triage identifies.
- The matter: exactly what filing or event is in front of you.
- Current status: where the matter stands today.
- Any verified deadline that already exists on the clock.
- Immediate missing information that would hold the filing up.
- The next three actions, in order.
- Whether Water Castle can take the matter over.
Matters we triage.
- Medicare enrollment (PECOS / CMS-855A)
- Medicaid enrollment
- Revalidation
- Ownership change and CHOW
- EFT and banking changes
- Licensure and ownership transfer
- Development requests and stalled filings
- Portfolio maintenance
Availability.
Scheduling is available nationwide. Nicole is available 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Eastern. Voicemail is always on, and requests are logged on receipt. If an agency deadline would lapse before the next available slot, say so in your message — genuine deadline matters are escalated.
How scoping works after the triage.
A fixed-fee scope is provided after a brief review of the facility and the filing. Founding-client pricing is available after Nicole reviews the facility and filing. We do not predict agency timelines and we do not guarantee approvals — agencies and payers alone decide eligibility, approvals and effective dates.

Useful to have on hand
- Provider type, facility count and the states involved.
- What is driving the timing: a notice, a closing, a revalidation cycle or a payer requirement.

- Who holds authorized-official authority for signatures.
