Development requests

Development requests, managed to the stated deadline.

When a contractor or state asks for more, the clock is already running. We triage promptly during operating hours and answer complete.

Nationwide intake and Medicare institutional-enrollment support. Medicaid, payer, licensing and certification availability is confirmed by state, provider type and service.

A development request is how a Medicare Administrative Contractor or a state agency says: incomplete, unclear, prove it. It names what the reviewer needs and it carries a response deadline. Miss the deadline and the consequence, depending on posture, can be rejection, denial or deactivation — the application simply ends. Handled well, a development request is routine correspondence. Handled slowly, it is how enrollments die.

Prompt triage.

Development requests are triaged promptly during operating hours: what is being asked, what evidence in the record already answers it, what only the client can supply, and when the response is due. Monitoring subscribers hold first position in the triage queue.

Your request list, promptly.

Soon after the agency's request, you have ours: a specific list of anything only you can provide, each item with an owner and a due date. Never a vague "send us what you have."

The deadline, calendared exactly as stated.

The response deadline is taken from the agency's notice and entered exactly as stated — no assumed grace periods, no generous interpretation. It counts down on a monitored calendar with escalation rules, and our internal due date runs ahead of the agency's date, so office closures and contingencies are absorbed by our buffer rather than your deadline.

Assembly and proof of response.

Responses are assembled evidence-first from the Provider Master Record, verified under dual-control QA, and confirmed by your authorized official wherever attestation is required. Submission produces a proof-of-response packet — as-submitted copies, confirmation identifiers, timestamps — archived and delivered to you, so there is never a question of whether or when the agency was answered.

If a dated notice is in your hands right now, say so when you contact us. Deadlines in hand go to the front of intake.
