Scope of this notice

This notice covers this website only. It describes an informational website and an interactive demonstration. The website does not host client engagements, and no client records are stored on it.

Information we collect through this website

This website has four inquiry forms: request a scope, free risk scan, consultation request and general contact. When you submit one, we store the business details you enter — your name, work email, work phone if given, facility or organization, state, provider type, service or subject, any deadline or NPI you choose to include, preferred contact method, preferred times where applicable, your description of the matter, the page the form was submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, and the acknowledgement checkbox. Each submission receives a reference code.

We use these details only to respond to your inquiry, to assess whether the work is within our scope, and to prepare a written scope if you request one. They are not used for automated decision-making and are not used to build advertising profiles. This website has no account system, no payment page and no file upload.

Storage, access and retention

Submissions are stored in a hosted database used by this website. Access is restricted to Nicole Liebb, Director of Operations, through an authenticated internal view; the records are not readable by other website visitors and are not published anywhere on the site. We keep submissions only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record of it, then delete them. To limit automated abuse we keep a short-lived, one-way hashed value derived from network information for submission throttling; it is not stored alongside your inquiry and is not used to identify you.

We do not sell, rent or trade submissions. We make no claim to any security certification or regulatory compliance program for this website. Please follow the guidance below and keep confidential material off the forms.

The interactive demonstration

The demonstration at /demo uses synthetic data only. Every facility, person, identifier and document in it is fictional. Anything you type into the demonstration stays in your own browser so that the demonstration can remember where you left off, and it is cleared when you choose “Reset demo” or clear your browser storage. It is not transmitted to us.

Information you should not submit

Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking or account numbers, medical records, passwords, government portal credentials or confidential documents anywhere on this website, including the demonstration. Secure document exchange is arranged separately after an engagement is signed.

Hosting and technical logs

Like most websites, this site is served by a hosting provider that may record standard technical information such as request times, pages requested, browser type and network address for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent information. We do not share information collected through this website with third parties for their own marketing. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf so that the website and the inquiry records can function. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
