The company.
Healthcare Helper LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. It provides institutional provider-enrollment, payer-credentialing, licensing and certification application-support services: administrative preparation, quality control, submission support and follow-through. It is not a law firm and gives no legal advice — matters requiring legal judgment are routed to the client's own counsel, and the file is organized so counsel can pick it up cleanly.
Why two names.
Focus. Healthcare Helper LLC operates the business — contracts, staffing, insurance, compliance. Water Castle Enrollment names the discipline the company practices in public: institutional enrollment work, SNF-first, run as one controlled process. Whichever name you see, the responsibilities are identical and the accountability sits in the same office.
Independence, restated.
Water Castle Enrollment and Healthcare Helper LLC are independent of every agency and payer whose processes they work within. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HHS, Medicare, Medicaid, any state agency, any Medicare Administrative Contractor, any accreditation organization or any payer. Eligibility, survey findings, approval decisions, effective dates and processing times are determined solely by the applicable agencies and payers. We state this everywhere because it is true everywhere — and because a vendor that implies otherwise is telling you something false.
