The people.
Nicole Liebb
Director of Operations
Directs intake, scoping and delivery across all engagements, and owns the deadline calendar, the QA gate and the client reporting rhythm. Every engagement has her office as its point of accountability.
Ahuva Bard
Senior Case Manager
Runs engagements day to day: builds and maintains the Provider Master Record, prepares filings evidence-first and manages agency and payer follow-up. Serves as the client team's working contact from intake through closeout.

How the discipline works.
The rule underneath the org chart is separation. The person who prepares a filing is never the person who approves it, and ownership data, banking, adverse-action disclosures and signature events always require a second authorized reviewer. The system enforces that separation — it is not a habit that erodes under deadline pressure. Clients experience it as consistency: the same intake, the same gap report, the same QA gate and the same closeout binder on every matter, regardless of who staffs it.
What we will not present.
No inflated biographies, no borrowed credentials, no implied government connections. The work product is the credential we ask to be judged on: sourced records, documented QA, proof-of-submission packets and closeout binders a client's counsel can audit at will. If that standard reads as understated, that is deliberate — understatement is cheap to verify.
